35 Gsm poly is coated on 42 Gsm Glassine Paper and the same is supplied to the extend of 25 M.T to 30 M.T per month to M/s. S.A.Safiullah & Co., for the manufacture of ' Nizam Supari '. The same poly coated Glassine paper is being supplied to various pharmaceutical Formulation Companies also.

Apart from that 10 Gsm poly is coated on 54 Gsm creawove paper and the same is supplied to various detergent soap manufacturer of Tamil Nadu.

However the machine is capable of coating poly on the following substrates also.

Machineries :
Various machineries are used to bring out the final product. Laminating machinery consisting of an extruder, barrel, screw, drive, frame hopper and a dieadaptor. A control console indicating temperature of barrel, die adaptor and crosshead is also available. Apart from these, an unwinding unit for winding rolls of substrate for feeding into the laminator, and a complete laminating unit is available with us.

The laminating consist of preheater roll, thermal oil, rubber, pressure roll with hydraulic power pack arrangements a backup drill roll for cooling rubber pressure roll & 2 chill rolls having gloss mirror finish surface & superfine matt finish and double shell construction with internal cooling arrangement for performance to suit printed paper.

The edges are trimmed by rotating circular cutter and the coated material is then wound by a winding unit.

M/s. Azam Laminations Private Limited has a production capacity of around 100 MT of polycoated paper.

However exact output will depend upon
substrate coating thickness & coating width.
